Roles and Responsibilities

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that brings in the most business for the company.

Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.

Proven experience as key account manager, sales professional who is maniacally focused on acquiring customers and making them successful.

Interact with Key clients after sales touch with them to take the feedback about the leads.

Ensure 100% retention of existing clients.

Has strong business acumen and is accomplished at solving business problems.

Maintains a high profile with Government policy and decision makers.

Design and implement Sales and Marketing strategy.

Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.

Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per sales.

Provides verbal and written guidance or input to the sales organization and marketing staff.

Assures adherence to Company Sales policies and procedures.
Desired skills and experience

Experience in a B2G sales role, preferably in Edutech, software as a service, or IoT platforms serving customers in the Government Department Sales verticals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

MBA with 2+years of relevant experience.
