Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that brings in the most business for the company.

  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.

  • Proven experience as key account manager, sales professional who is maniacally focused on acquiring customers and making them successful.

  • Interact with Key clients after sales touch with them to take the feedback about the leads.

  • Ensure 100% retention of existing clients.

  • Has strong business acumen and is accomplished at solving business problems.

  • Maintains a high profile with Government policy and decision makers.

  • Design and implement Sales and Marketing strategy.

  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.

  • Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per sales.

  • Provides verbal and written guidance or input to the sales organization and marketing staff.

  • Assures adherence to Company Sales policies and procedures.

Desired skills and experience

  • Experience in a B2G sales role, preferably in Edutech, software as a service, or IoT platforms serving customers in the Government Department Sales verticals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

  • MBA with 2+years of relevant experience.
